At The New Thomas Arms Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all guests. Please review the terms below before making your booking.
1. Standard Rate Bookings
Free Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date can be cancelled free of charge.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, the first night of your stay will be charged in full.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive and do not notify us, the full cost of the first night will be charged.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain rates are marked as Non-Refundable at the time of booking.
For these bookings:

No cancellations, refunds, or amendments are permitted.

The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
3. Group Bookings & Event Reservations
Bookings of 5 rooms or more, or reservations linked to functions, weddings, or events, may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
These will be provided in writing during the booking process.
4. Third-Party Bookings
If you booked through an online travel agency (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), their cancellation terms may apply.

5. Changes to Your Reservation
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but adjustments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Early Departures
If you choose to check out earlier than planned, unused nights may still be chargeable depending on your booking terms.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases such as extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events, we may offer flexibility at our discretion.
